• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Types of Data Collected

Location Data

Our app uses location data solely to provide weather information through our weather service provider. We collect and use location data in the following ways:

• GPS Coordinates: If you grant GPS permission, we send your coordinates (latitude and longitude) to our weather provider to retrieve weather information for your location.
• Manual Location: If you choose to enter your location manually, we send the city name, state, country, and your device's language to our weather provider.

Important: We do not include any user identifiers in these weather requests. The only information that could potentially identify requests is your IP address (which changes frequently). Our weather provider cannot differentiate between individual users or link any other personal information to you, as they only receive location coordinates or city names and your device locale.

Analytics and Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data to improve our app and understand how users interact with features:

• Events: Button clicks, screen views, and feature usage
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version
• Crash Reports: Technical data to help us fix bugs and improve stability

This data is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Advertising

The free version of our app displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:

• Advertising Identifiers: Device advertising ID for personalized ads
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address
• Ad Interaction Data: Ad views, clicks, and interactions

This transfer is necessary to provide you with weather information. Additionally, AdMob and analytics services may transfer data to servers located outside your country as part of their operations.

Your Data Rights

Since we do not store your personal data, there is no data to delete from our servers. You can control location access at any time through your device's permission settings:

• Revoke GPS permission to stop sharing your precise location
• Use manual location entry if you prefer not to share GPS coordinates
• Uninstall the app to completely stop any data transmission

Legal Compliance

Since we do not store your personal data, we have no data to disclose to third parties. However, our third-party service providers (weather provider, AdMob, analytics services) may be required to disclose information in response to valid legal requests from public authorities as outlined in their respective privacy policies.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the transmission of your data to our third-party service providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, there is no risk of a data breach from our systems.

Children's Privacy

Our app can be used by people of all ages. Since we do not collect or store personally identifiable information (names, emails, photos, etc.), there is no personal data collected from children or anyone else. The only data transmitted is location information to retrieve weather data and anonymous analytics to improve the app, which is not stored by us.
